Westminster Talking Therapies Service is part of the national 'NHS Talking Therapies for Anxiety and Depression' service, provided by Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. We provide a range of talking therapies for individuals, over 16 years of age, who feel anxious and worried or down and depressed in the Westminster borough.

If you think you might be anxious or depressed, then you can refer yourself by giving us a call, sending us an email, or using our online self-referral form. Or if you prefer, you can ask your GP, or any health professional, about the service and they can refer you to us. If English is not your first language we will provide interpreters, including British Sign Language interpreters for all your appointments.

Westminster Talking Therapies work in partnership with Mind in Brent, Wandsworth and Westminster to offer counselling as a treatment option. For more details about the different treatments available, visit this explanatory page: How we can help.

Westminster Talking Therapies also provides a short contact form. The short contact form is securely emailed to the service admin team, who will follow up the contact with a confirmation message about next steps in the referral process. The form is designed to support the initial stage in the referral journey and does not account for full completion of the referral. To contact the service and start a new referral, visit this link.
