Kensington and Chelsea Talking Therapies are part of the national 'NHS Talking Therapies for Anxiety and Depression' service, provided by Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. As part of the Community Living Well service, we provide a range of talking therapies for people who feel anxious and worried or down and depressed.

If you think you might be anxious or depressed, then you can refer yourself by giving us a call, sending us an email, or using our online self-referral form. Or if you prefer, you can ask your GP, or any health professional, about the service and they can refer you to us. If English is not your first language we will provide interpreters, including British Sign Language interpreters for all your appointments.

Read more about self-referring to our service below, or go straight to the self-referral form by clicking the "Self-refer to Kensington and Chelsea" button.

You can also use the Wysa Referral Assistant to help you.
