Give us your feedback!

The Hillingdon Health and Care Partnership (HHCP) is asking patients fill in this survey about the changes that have happened due to Covid-19. This feedback will help the service to make decisions about new ways of working as we move through and past the pandemic.

We are part of the national NHS ‘Improving Access to Psychological Therapies’ service within the Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. We provide a range of talking therapies for people who feel anxious and worried or down and depressed.

If you think you might be anxious or depressed, then you can refer yourself by giving us a call, sending us an email, or using our online self-referral form. Or if you prefer, you can ask your GP, or any health professional, about the service and they can refer you to us. If English is not your first language we will provide interpreters, including British Sign Language interpreters for all your appointments.

Read more about self-referring to our service below.

Being referred to the service

There are many ways in which you can be referred to the Hillingdon Talking Therapies Service (IAPT). You can be referred by your GP or other Health Professional, and you can also refer yourself online.

In order to be eligible for the Hillingdon service, you must be registered with a Hillingdon GP (regardless of whether you live in Hillingdon or not). In order to find out if you are registered with a Hillingdon GP, please use this link: and then enter your GP practice details. If you do not have a Hillingdon GP, please use the above like to find your local Talking Therapies service and get in touch with them for more information.

Our Talking Therapies Services are not able to provide immediate support in an emergency. If you require immediate help please contact your GP or call the Urgent Advice Line on 0800 0234 650 open 24 hours. For more information about what to do if you need help urgently, visit our emergency page here.

The first thing to do is to make sure that you are registered with a GP in the Borough of Hillingdon.

The next thing to do is to complete the short questionnaire below to check if this service is appropriate for you. If you score more than 3 then you may benefit from talking therapies. You can contact your GP or Health Worker or you can refer yourself to the Hillingdon Talking Therapies Service (IAPT) by clicking on the “Hillingdon referral form” button below.
