What are the clinical job roles in Talking Therapies services?
- Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP): Typically Band 5, with some progression to Band 6.
- High Intensity (HI) Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Therapist: Predominantly Band 7 (92%), with some in Band 8a+.
