MOODTOOLS ‘‘Feeling anxious or finding it hard to control your worries?” We all experience low mood and anxiety from time to time in our lives. This could be due to a stressful situation at work, an argument with a loved one or hearing some bad news. As the situation passes our low mood and anxiety tends to pass too. For some people, they may notice this low mood and anxiety does not end and that they are feeling down, stressed and anxious on more occasions than not. It may also be getting in the way of them living their life. Have you noticed: Low Motivation? Excessive Worrying? Feeling Tearful? A lack or pleasure or interest in doing things? MANAGING WORRY “Feeling worried or overwhelmed?” Anxiety is a common feeling that most of us have experienced, especially when going through a stressful period (e.g. exams, work, family). When this stressful period ends, the worry also ends too. For some people, they may notice this worry does not end and that they are worrying more often than not. It may also be getting in the way of them living their life. Have you noticed: Feeling anxious and on edge most days? Worrying most days? Problems with sleep? Tension ?
