Your referral will be processed and if appropriate you will be offered an assessment. Your therapist will be able to discuss the possible courses and groups with you at your assessment.

LIVING WITH HEALTH GROUP ‘Are you struggling to manage and come to terms with your long-term health condition?’ Living with a long-term health condition can significantly affect our mood and how we manage day to day. Join our 8-week course to learn how to balance life demands with a long-term health condition, manage worries and regrets related to your health, learn mindfulness/relaxation exercises, develop skills to nurture self-compassion and understand ways to live a more meaningful life despite having a long-term condition. |

Paying more attention to the present moment – to your own thoughts and feelings, and to the world around you – can improve your mental wellbeing. Some people call this awareness "mindfulness". We run a 5 week programme for mums online who need emotional support. This is a chance to learn some coping skills and meet other mums who know exactly how you are feeling. |
