Experiencing anxiety is extremely common, there is no need to suffer alone. Join our 5-week course which goes through tips on Breathing and relaxation, managing worries, tackling avoidance and panic behaviours, addressing negative thoughts, sleep tips and maintaining wellbeing.

STRESS MANAGEMENT

“Feeling stressed or overwhelmed?”

Experiencing signs of stress can have an impact on us day to day. Join our 5-week course to gain tips on Breathing and relaxation, balancing behaviours and building motivation, managing worries, Sleep tips and maintaining wellbeing.

LIVING WITH HEALTH GROUP

‘Are you struggling to manage and come to terms with your long-term health condition?’ 

Living with a long-term health condition can significantly affect our mood and how we manage day to day. Join our 8-week course to learn how to balance life demands with a long-term health condition, manage worries and regrets related to your health, learn mindfulness/relaxation exercises, develop skills to nurture self-compassion and understand ways to live a more meaningful life despite having a long-term condition.

WELLBEING FOR MUMS

Do you have a child under 5? Feeling low, isolated, anxious or overwhelmed? You may benefit from our support, talking helps. We run a 6 week programme for mums who need emotional support. This is a chance to learn some coping skills and meet other mums with similar experiences.

MIND OVER MOOD

Are you feeling low, isolated and struggling with self-critical thoughts?” Join our 8 week programme, where we hold a safe and interactive space to learn new coping strategies to manage your mood better and to feel more positive. Some of our strategies include, balancing life demands, managing self-critical thoughts, practicing mindfulness or relaxation exercises, and developing skills to nurture self-compassion.

UNDERSTANDING TRAUMA

This group is designed to teach about trauma symptoms, how we can manage those and understand how trauma affects our body and our brain. Over a 5 week course, we will talk about the psychological theory behind the trauma response, why we feel the way we do when we have experienced something traumatic and how we can start to move forward from those difficult experiences and reduce the impact they are having on our lives.
