Being referred to the service

There are many ways in which you can be referred to the Hillingdon Talking Therapies Service. You can be referred by your GP or other Health Professional, and you can also refer yourself online.  

You are eligible for this service if you live, work, study and/or are registered with a GP in the borough of Hillingdon – to check where your GP is, use the service finder on NHS Choices, here

Our Talking Therapies Services are not able to provide immediate support in an emergency. Self-referring

The first thing to do is to make sure that you are registered with a GP in the Borough of Hillingdon.

The next thing to do is to complete the short questionnaire below to check if this service is appropriate for you. If you score more than 3 then you may benefit from talking therapies. You can contact your GP or Health Worker or you can refer yourself to the Hillingdon Talking Therapies Service (IAPT) by clicking on the “Hillingdon referral form” button below.
