Want to work in a therapy service but don't have an undergraduate degree/Level 6 qualification?
Two of CNWL Talking Therapies services (Kensington & Chelsea Talking Therapies and Harrow Talking Therapies) are offering the PWP Apprenticeship Scheme for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Minimum level 5 qualification (e.g. Foundation Degree, Diploma HE)
- Maths and English GCSE grade A-C, or Functional Skills Level 2
Commencing March 2024, successful applicants will work in a service and receive on-the-job training as part of gaining a level 6 (equivalent to final-year undergraduate) course at Exeter University.
Please note: proof of evidence of qualifications is expected and is a pre-entry requirement for both the course and the PWP Apprentice role.

Evidence of qualification in Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths and English is expected upon application.
The following list provides Level 5 equivalencies:
- diploma of higher education (DipHE)
- foundation degree
- higher national diploma (HND)
- level 5 award
- level 5 certificate
- level 5 diploma
- level 5 NVQ
