World Diabetes Day is taking place on Sunday 14 November 2021.
Diabetes UK (2021) reports that,
"As many as 40% of people with diabetes said they have struggled with their psychological wellbeing since being diagnosed."
This weekend, Brent Talking Therapies (IAPT) Service will be available to answer questions and discuss what Talking Therapies can offer.
This is an opportunity to meet with professionals and find out about support that fits your needs and circumstances, especially if you have been managing a long term condition like diabetes.
