CNWL Talking Therapies are now piloting two new ways of self referral in Kensington & Chelsea and in Westminster services. The services offer a range of talking therapies for people who feel anxious and worried or down and depressed. By trialling these new ways of starting a referral into a Talking Therapies service, CNWL aim to discover improved, clearer pathways to accessing wellbeing support.

Kensington & Chelsea Talking Therapies are trialling an online referral assistant, also known as a chatbot. The information submitted using the Wysa chatbot via the Kensington and Chelsea service webpage will only be used to make a referral to the service. The information is then held securely in the Kensington & Chelsea Talking Therapies clinical system (IAPTUS).

You will be eligible for this service if you are registered with a GP in the Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (or in the Queens Park and Paddington area of Westminster) and you are 16 years of age or over.

Westminster Talking Therapies are trialling a short contact form, which offers a way to contact the service and provide some brief information to confirm eligibility for the service.

You will be eligible for this service if you live or work in Westminster and / or have a Westminster GP, and you are 16 years of age or over.

The short contact form is securely emailed to the service admin team, who will follow up the contact with a confirmation message about next steps in the referral process. The form is designed to support the initial stage in the referral journey and does not account for full completion of the referral.
