There are many ways in which you can be referred to a Talking Therapies Service.
You can be referred by your GP or other Health Professional, and you can also refer yourself online.
After you have been referred or have self-referred to a Talking Therapies service, you will be asked some questions to determine the type of support available to you. Shortly afterwards, the Talking Therapies team for your borough will contact you about next steps.
If you already know which CNWL Talking Therapies team you need (Brent, Harrow, Hillingdon, Westminster, or Kensington & Chelsea), click on the relevant button (above) to go straight to their referral form.
If you’re not sure which CNWL Talking Therapies team to contact, NHS Choices will help you to find psychological therapies services that are available in your area.
