How can we help?

We offer free and confidential talking therapy, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), through one-to-one or group sessions. CBT works in the here and now: it helps you to understand that how you think or what you do can impact how you feel. Working with a professional, you can start to understand the thoughts or behaviours that are keeping you stuck. By making small changes over time, you can build motivation and confidence to improve how you are feeling.

Men in Mind

You may have been referred by your GP for our Men in Mind programme. This is a dedicated pathway for men in South Westminster who are living with stress, low mood or anxiety, and also managing a higher weight. Through one-to-one or group CBT sessions, we’ll work with you to tackle the challenges you’re facing, build tools to manage your mental health, and explore how your wellbeing and weight might be connected. Our approach is practical, confidential, and designed to help you make changes that fit your life, so you can feel better in both body and mind.
