Thank you for your interest in our Wellbeing Workshops.

As an NHS service, we are required to demonstrate the work we are doing and to ensure our work is reaching the different communities in Westminster. We do this by collecting some information about who is attending our workshops. There are two questionnaires which measure your current mental wellbeing. This will help us to ensure the workshop will be supportive to your needs.

We are not able to provide immediate support in an emergency. If you require immediate help please contact your GP, your local Accident & Emergency Department, or call the Urgent Advice Line on 0800 0234 650 open 24 hours.

The information you provide will be kept confidential and will not be shared with others.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us via email at westminster.iapt@nhs.net or phone us on 030 3333 0000.
