The groups and workshops that our service runs can be attended by service users who are registered service users in this Talking Therapies service.  To access these workshops or other support and treatment that we offer, you can refer yourself to this service by using this referral form.

Adjusting to Life After Lockdown (virtual event)

We know that during COVID, we might have felt overwhelmed and anxious and as restrictions lift, we may find ourselves worrying about returning to work, using public transport and engaging in social activities. Based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, this one-hour workshop will discuss practical tools and techniques to help support you to manage your worries and adapt to changing guidelines.

Intro to mindfulness (virtual event)

Mindfulness is the act of paying more attention to yourself, including your thoughts and feelings and to the world around you, all of which can help to improve your wellbeing. In this interactive session, you will be introduced to mindfulness and learn techniques for relaxing the body and calming the mind that you can use in your everyday life.
