Digital Wellbeing

Digital wellbeing is a term used to describe the impact of technologies and digital services on people's mental, physical, social and emotional health. The concept of digital wellbeing has developed from research into the ways that individuals, groups and organisations interact online.

Recognising the importance of digital wellbeing accounts for there being both positive and negative potential impacts of interacting with digital tools, services, content & activities.

Today is Tech Time Out Tuesday, which offers a chance to recognise digital wellbeing in the workplace. To find out more, visit: https://www.techtimeout.co.uk/
