If you’re not sure which CNWL Talking Therapies team to contact, NHS Choices will help you to find psychological therapies services that are available in your area.
There are many ways in which you can be referred to the Talking Therapies Service. You can be referred by your GP or other Health Professional, and you can also refer yourself online. After you have been referred or have self-referred to our service you will be asked some questions about yourself and shortly afterwards the Talking Therapies team for your borough will contact you.
If you already know which CNWL Talking Therapies team you need (Brent, Harrow, Hillingdon, Westminster, or Kensington & Chelsea), click on the relevant button above to go straight to their referral form. In order to be eligible for our service, you must be registered with a GP in the relevant area (regardless of whether you live in the area or not).
